Making Arrangements
Funeral arrangements can be made either in our offices or in the comfort of your own home. Please let us know your preference. We will sit down with you and discuss the family's needs and the wishes of the deceased.
The arrangements involve a number of important decisions and we will discuss with you all the options available, so that you are well informed. During the arrangement of the funeral you will have many opportunities to make it both personal and special for the person who has died.
Please consider your decisions carefully as they are important. If you need more time to talk to family members, please say so.
If you have any questions or wish to make any changes after the arrangements have been made, please let us know.
We take great care to look after all the details and paperwork and endeavour to ensure your wishes are carried out with meticulous attention to detail.
When arrangements are finalised, we will provide written confirmation of these arrangements and a written quotation of the various fees and charges involved.
Remember, that as your chosen funeral director we are here to help. As experienced professionals, we can guide you through the many decisions you need to make. However, we do need your help in making sure the funeral is all you want it to be and best suits the memory of the person who has passed away.
